    Shipping

    All orders will be processed within 24 hours upon receiving (unless notified in advance). Please write to us after receiving your order confirmation email if you would like to change your mind about sizes or designs.

    Our current local third-party couriers are J&T, Qxpress and Grab Express.

    Unless stated in advance, orders shipped by Standard Courier should reach you within the Expected Delivery Time as indicated below. If you still do not receive your orders after 7 days from the date of purchase, do reach out to us and we will assist to check with our courier partner.

    Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If your order is returned to us due to wrong delivery address, a $5 re-delivery fee will be charged or your order may be canceled (fees apply).

    For Pre-Order items, it usually takes 3-4 weeks upon confirmation with us. Orders with pre-order items will be shipped together once pre-order items arrive. 

    We will update individual cases as communicated via email.

      International Orders

      • International shipping is available for selected countries. 
      • Customers will be responsible for any custom duty charges.
      • No returns or exchanges are allowed for all international shipping orders.

      Order Cancellation

      We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your order. However, please note that if you do choose to cancel your order, we will need to deduct the transaction fee from your refund.

      This is because our transaction fee (or credit card processing fee) is not returned to us when we process a refund, and as a small business, we have to cover these costs ourselves. The transaction fee is small percentage of the total purchase amount and will be made known to you upon your cancellation request.

      If you need to cancel your order (fully or partially), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request and provide you with a refund, minus the transaction fee. However, please note that if your order has already been processed and shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

      Returns & Exchanges

      Due to hygiene reasons, all Face Masks and Towels purchases are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

      • Returns and exchanges are only applicable to shoes orders within Singapore.
      • No returns or exchanges are allowed for [Final Sale] items,  Bundles and items purchased with a non-exchangeable offer.
      • Items that are shipped as Free Gift are not eligible for exchanges.
      • Shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
      • Express service is not available for exchanges, unless stated.
      • No returns or exchanges for all International Orders.

      As our sizing standard may be different from other brands, we strongly recommend that you have read our sizing guide thoroughly before buying.

      We understand that every child is different, and without trying on, you may purchase a size or style that does not fit. If that happens, we can assist you with a one-time size or design exchange (depending on stock availability). 

      We accept returns for exchanges as long as the following conditions are met:

      • Items were NOT indicated as [Final Sale] and NOT purchased with a non-exchangeable offer. 
      • Items are unused and in original condition, with all tags intact.
      • Items must be returned with the original packaging undamaged (original shoe box SHOULD NOT be taped over as packaging).
      • Request for exchanges must be submitted within 10 days from receiving the item.

      It is your responsibility to ensure that items are packed up properly and can’t get damaged in transit.

      Returns & Refunds

      We understand that online shoes shopping are not straightforward and sometimes it's hard to find the right pair for your child. In the event that you find our product not suitable for your child or not up to your expectation, we are happy to assist you with a return for a refund. 

      Please note that if you do choose to return your purchase, we will need to deduct the transaction fee from your refund. This is because our transaction fee (or credit card processing fee) is not returned to us when we process a refund, and as a small business, we have to cover these costs ourselves. The transaction fee is small percentage of the total purchase amount and will be made known to you upon your refund request. This is also applicable to partial refund of an item in your order.

      In addition, shipping fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.

      We accept returns for a refund as long as the following conditions are met:

      • Items are NOT indicated as [Final Sale].
      • Items were NOT purchased with a non-exchangeable and non-refundable offer.
      • Items are unused and in original condition, with all tags intact.
      • Items must be returned with the original packaging undamaged (original shoe box SHOULD NOT be taped over as packaging).
      • Request for refund must be submitted within 10 days from receiving the item.

      It is your responsibility to ensure that items are packed up properly and can’t get damaged in transit. We will only process the appropriate refund upon receiving the return in their original condition.

      Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund to your original mode of payment. The refund may take some time to appear in your account, depending on your bank's policies.

      Free Returns

      All orders that are eligible for returns will come with one-time Free Return pickup, handled by our courier partner, Qxpress or Ninja Van. Subsequent Exchange/Return Requests will incur additional charges.

      If your order comes with a Free Return, please contact us first to arrange for booking of your return. We will assist you with scheduling a pickup for your return.

      Please ensure that your return is properly packed and ready for collection by the confirmed pickup time.
